Congressional Representatives visit Philippines

BASILAN, Republic of the Philippines –A member of U.S. Special Operations Forces (SOF) who is embedded with Philippine Armed Forces in Basilan briefs U.S. Congressional members about U.S. support and assistance to Philippine security forces in the Southern Philippines, at the request of the Government and Armed Forces of the Philippines.    U.S. Rep.   3. I love it the way it is. It's interesting to know what is happening while my husband is there. Thank you for the work you do on this blog to keep the public informed as to the various things our military does to help other nations. Not many people in the United States seem to know what happens in this world outside of our country's borders.
